Retired Kommunications
David Will
Retirement Chair
Greetings to all KMEA members—both retired and still "fighting the good fight." I am going to use this forum to try and glean information. I'm not sure how many people read all of the KMR, but hopefully enough do to make this attempt at least partly successful.

To keep our records up to date and our books showing all those who have gone before us in sharing music with the young people of Kansas I am asking for your help in identifying those who have recently retired. I'm afraid some of our colleagues finish their careers and "go silently into that good night" with little or no notice from the rest of the profession. If you know of anyone who retired at the end of the 2013-14 school year, please send me their name and any possible contact information. Actually I would be interested in any retirees over the last five years. With this information I would be able to include them in our KMEA Retired activities and our compilation of retired members that is on display at every In-Service Workshop.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give, and we look forward to seeing everyone in Wichita in February.
