Hello All,

Tri-M, are you ready, for the 2014-2015 KMEA In-Service Workshop Mini Conference? This year's conference will be held Friday, February 27, 2015, and we have a brand new location (where we will be able to hear and have as much fun as we want). We will be in the Service Club Room at Century II. We have a lot of fun and exciting things to discuss, learn about, and work on together. Just a quick reminder for the returnees and for the new people coming to the Mini-Workshop: This workshop is provided to your chapter at no cost. The format for the day is below.

Advocacy? What Can We Do?
Truly define and get an idea of what music advocacy looks like at the Middle and High School level presented by Dr. Phillip Payne, of Kansas State University.

Tri-M Honor Society Sing!
All Tri-M Music Honor Society members will come together and learn, perform, and record the National Song. "Music Masters, Hail to Thee" is Tri-M Honor Society's Loyalty Song.

We want YOU! Tri-M Partnership and Recruitment!
What better way to get connected and stay connected than to find a partner at the collegiate level? Tri-M chapters and NAfME Collegiate will come together and share fun ideas, ice-breakers, and ways to stay involved and active together in their schools through Music!

Tri-M's Got Talent
The 4th annual Tri- M's Got Talent competition will take place again during our Mini- Conference this year. Please bring a 2-3 minute routine/performance to share with the other contestants of the competition. Remember, the more the merrier, so get your chapter involved. A panel of judges will decide who goes home with the coveted "M"ee!!!
