I hope those of you who were able to attend the 2014 KMEA In-Service Workshop left feeling refreshed and revitalized for the rest of the school year! I heard many positive comments about the workshops and the concerts.

KMEA leadership is already in the planning stages of next year's workshop. An important aspect of the success of the workshop is the wonderful student performances. We welcome audition submissions from select and non-select groups of all types for the elementary room. Submission of Orff ensembles, drum ensembles, recorder consorts, and choirs are welcome.
