District and All-State choral entry forms are submitted through the KMEA website. The deadline for entry
submission is Friday, October 12, 2012 for all KMEA districts. The entry form will be available on the KMEA
website in September. It is each director's responsibility to complete his/her submissions and each director is required
to meet that deadline. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2012

Submitted by Friday, December 14, 2012 - $10 audition fee per entry
Submitted by Monday, December 31, 2012 - $30 audition fee per entry
Submitted by 11:59 p.m. CST, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 - $50 audition fee per entry

corrections. All instrumental audition materials will be posted no later than May 1, 2012.
