Music In Our Schools Month - Kansas Choir Featured on DVD
The Frank Rushton Elementary School in Kansas City, Kansas, directed by Fred Zimmerman, took part in making the concert music DVD for the 2012 Music in Our Schools Month. The choir's performance of "Dona Nobis Pacem" was recorded at the Kansas City World War I Museum.

Schools and local public access channels were encouraged by the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) to show the concert video during the month of March to celebrate MIOSM. The Frank Rushton Elementary School Choir was one of 51 school ensembles from around the nation to participate.
