Arts Day at the Capitol
Mike Quilling, KMEA Vice President, planned a funfilled day for our KMEA delegation, including meetings
with Governor Brownback & Staff, Commissioner of Education Diane DeBacker, Deputy Commissioner of
Education Brad Neuenswander, Senator Garrett Love, Representative Annie Kuether, and Kansas Board of
Education Chair Ms. Carolyn L. Wims-Campbell.
