All-State Audition Information, Procedures and application forms may be accessed (when available) on the KMEA website www.ksmea.org

The KMEA Event Calendar lists All-State entry deadlines. Application forms will be available online at the appropriate times.

For Middle Level Choir deadline information please contact Deb Hill at

High School Vocal Deadlines
District and All-State choral entry forms are submitted through the KMEA website. The deadline for entry submission is Friday, October 12, 2012 for all KMEA districts. The entry form will be available on the KMEA website in September. It is each director's responsibility to complete his/her submissions and each director is required to meet that deadline. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2012 DEADLINE HAS PASSED!

Instrumental Live Audition Deadlines
Submitted by Friday, December 14, 2012 - $10 audition fee per entry
Submitted by Monday, December 31, 2012 - $30 audition fee per entry
Submitted by 11:59 p.m. CST, Wednesday, January 2, 2013 - $50 audition fee per entry
Please review the audition materials on the www.ksmea.org website for any additional changes or corrections. All instrumental audition materials will be posted no later than May 1, 2012. Complete Rules & Regulations and the All-State Festival Ensembles Philosophy Statement may be accessed on the KMEA website.
